Our Rules
- BEHAVIOUR/CONDUCT: We reserve the right to remove you from our site/organisation, temporarily or permanently, in cases including, but not limited to, illegal activity, abusive behaviour, recklessness, fraud, theft, criminal damage, assault, persistent non-payment of fees or misuse of pyros.
- SAFETY: While you are in the safe zone, your weapons are to be made safe at all times by removing the mag and firing 2 shots into the ground in a safe direction. All face masks and goggles are only to be removed when you are in the safe zone and not before. Eye Protection must be worn while on the range at all times. Please do not cross the yellow rope until told to do so by a committee member or marshal. No pointing your RIFs at people outside of game play. Always treat it as a loaded weapon! No sitting on tables.
- CLOTHING/FOOTWEAR: Our insurance states that you need to wear long sleeves and full-length trousers. We recommend wearing walking boots or boots that support the ankle. We are a woodland site and it can get quite slippery at times even on a nice day. All under 18’s MUST wear full face protection.
- NO BLIND FIRING: If you are not looking down the barrel of your gun when firing, you are blind firing!
- SHOTS: All shots should be made to the centre mass, but if you only show your head, expect it to get shot. Call your hits even if it hits your clothing and equipment. Dead players don’t talk.
- SAFETY CALLS: In the event of hearing a ceasefire, make sure that you shout ceasefire. Stay where you are unless a marshal tells you otherwise as the game is not over. All eye pro stays on. Radios are advisable.
- LIVE/REAL WEAPONS: No live or real weapons I.e. guns, knives/blades allowed on site AT ALL.
- PYROS: You must be over 18 before you can use pyros. Pyros are only to be thrown after their intentions have been declared. I.E shout grenade, then throw it. Anybody within a 5m radius is then declared dead. Hard cover can save you. I.E behind a wall – not a bush. BE HONEST! Don’t pick up any pyros that you see lying around.
- ENGAGEMENT DISTANCE: Sniper rifles/DMRs (anything over 350fps) cannot be used at distances of under 25 metres due to their higher energy output. Anything below 350fps has no limit but at closer distances please look to limit your rate of fire and use semi or small bursts where possible. Overshooting and firing within minimum engagement with higher energy weapons comes under rule 1 and repeat offenders will be challenged. “Bang Bang” or “surrender” – this is not a rule but a courtesy. If you ignore a call of “bang bang” from someone right behind you, expect to get shot. Like-wise do not expect “bang bang” to work at a distance or on someone who is clearly aiming in your direction. KNIFE KILLS COUNT!
- MEETINGS: If anybody has any issues that need addressing, then bring it to a committee member and as long as the reason is valid, the committee will call a meeting to address the issue.
- HOUSEKEEPING: Please put all litter in the bins provided. Gas cans and CO2 cartridges are to go in the red wheelie bin by the caravan. Do not put them in the other bins as they get burnt.
- WILDLIFE/ANIMALS: Please don’t shoot the wildlife or animals. That goes for ducks, wasps, cows or anything that is not human. Anyone seen shooting the animals/wildlife, will be banned.
- THE MARSHAL'S WORD IS LAW.
